Gatherings & Civic Rhythms

Shared Freedom keeps the calendar of a working democracy: regular, unglamorous, essential.

Monthly assemblies handle the order’s business in the open — budgets, decisions, debates, all on the record. Quarterly public forums take up the hard questions of the moment with invited speakers from clashing perspectives. The order observes the civic holidays of its members’ countries not as nationalism but as reminders: freedom was won by particular people in particular places, and it is kept the same way.

Service days, dialogue circles, and special convocations (including the Assembly’s inter-order councils, which this order often convenes) are listed at the Shared Freedom calendar. Everything is open; everything is minuted. Sunlight is the order’s preferred disinfectant and its favorite lighting.
