Gatherings & the Flow of Time

Harmonic Way keeps the loosest calendar of any order, and that is deliberate. We gather when gathering is called for, not because a schedule demands it. Still, certain rhythms have proven their worth.

Seasonal tea gatherings mark the year’s turnings — simple, quiet, outdoors when possible. Full-moon sits honor the tradition of practicing in the moon’s reflected light, a reminder that we shine by borrowed radiance and need not generate our own. Occasional “useless days” are declared: whole days with no program, where whatever happens is the program.

Dates for the seasonal gatherings and any announced retreats are kept at the Harmonic Way calendar. Everything else emerges. If you feel moved to call a walk, a sit, or a shared meal — call it. In this order, initiative offered lightly is the highest form of organization.
